2) Eligibility & Accounts

3) Purchases, Pricing & Subscriptions

- Subscriptions, if offered, will automatically renew until canceled. Renewal terms and pricing will always be disclosed at sign-up.
- Free trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.

- You may not copy, extract, redistribute, or reverse engineer MISUW’s 3D models, assets, or effects without written permission.
6) User Content & Community Features
- If you post reviews, comments, or other content, you grant MISUW a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and share that content in connection with our Services.
- You must only submit content you own or have permission to use. Illegal, offensive, or infringing content may be removed without notice.

- Upload harmful code, disrupt the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to copy or misuse MISUW content without our permission.

The Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of digital previews, or availability of specific products.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MISUW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or emotional distress. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14) Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify MISUW, its affiliates, and its team against claims or damages arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
15) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA (without regard to conflict of law principles). Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL OR CLASS ACTION.
If you are in the EU or UK, mandatory consumer rights and local jurisdiction apply in addition to these Terms.
16) Export & Sanctions Compliance
You may not use MISUW if you are located in a country subject to U.S. sanctions or if you appear on any restricted party list.
17) Changes to These Terms
MISUW may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., by posting on our site or emailing registered users). Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
18) Miscellaneous
